Operating from three City Centre Offices, Edenvale-UK offers an unrivalled “One Stop Shop for the Investor Market” in that we offer Sales, Lettings, Corporate Lets, Property Management and Furnishings services together with Portfolio Advice.
Our Company was set up “by Investors for Investors”. We are now one of the largest Agents in Manchester City Centre selling many properties for the Investor market and managing hundreds of City Centre apartments from studios to penthouses in some of Manchester’s most desirable and Iconic Buildings in Manchester.

Edenvale-UK provides its lettings service and markets property “To Let” and “For Sale” from two contemporary ground floor offices, both located below landmark iconic residential buildings. We are at Skyline Central in the Northern Quarter and The Lumiere Building on City Road East in the Southern Gateway. Our Client Services Department, Finance and Management Teams are based on the second floor at John Swift Building, Manchester.

Sales & Lettings Team — We have a dedicated “Sales and Lettings Team”, stripped of administrative functions so all Negotiators can solely concentrate on marketing and promoting your property for sale or let.
Property Management Team — Our professional "Property Management" Department provides operational support on all routine and compliance tasks relating to on-going daily management of you property and tenancy. Each Property Administrator has a dedicated portfolio to ensure continual support service to our Landlords and Tenants.
Client Service Team — Our Client Services Team provides effective communication to Landlords on all sales and letting feedback and comprehensive financial management support for managed properties.
